Dear Parents/Carers,
The layout of the invoice is a little different and will change slightly from term to term depending on the activities and excursions for each year or individual class. So some terms the invoice will refer to grades and other terms will relate to classes. Either way the relating documentation for your child will be attached to the cover letter that indicates the prices for the planned activities/excursions.
Preferred method of payment is our POP (Parent online payment). It is vital that the payment section on the cover letter for your child's invoice is returned to school clearly indicating how you are paying. Eg cash / Cheque / Credit Card or Online.
