Parents and Citizens group
The Dural Public School Parents and Citizens Association is a volunteer group of parents, teachers and interested citizens that work to provide financial and organisational support to the school.
The P&C is responsible for:
- Bringing parents and the community into close cooperation with the teaching staff
- Operating the Canteen and the Uniform shop
- Fundraising events including Mothers and Fathers Day stalls, school discos, BBQs, cake stalls and social events
- Working Bees
- Biennial Dural Country Fair
- Providing facilities and equipment for the school.
Recent investments in the school using P&C funds raised include:
- Shade sail over the quadrangle
- Laptops for the Year 6 classrooms
- C-Reader pens.
All parents and members of our school community are welcome to attend our meetings which are held in the staffroom at 7:30pm on the 3rd Monday of each month.

Term 1 has seen an exciting investment in our children's learning as the P&C has purchased 30 new laptops to be used in classrooms!
