Term 3 Week 4 2020
As you may be aware through recent media reports, a number of COVID-19 cases have been identified in two locations in Cherrybrook. I wish to reassure our school community that our school has no confirmed cases of COVID-19. Where there is a case of COVID-19 in the school community, the Department of Education has established systems and protocols with NSW Health to manage and respond accordingly to keep our staff and students safe. The Department of Education will continue working with NSW Health to monitor the situation, and the school will keep parents informed during this time. Your child’s health and wellbeing is a priority and we continue to remind students of the importance of good hygiene practices including regular hand washing. Remember not to send students to school if they are unwell, even if they have mild symptoms. NSW Health has requested anyone, who is unwell or has flu-like symptoms arrange to be tested through their local medical practitioner or one of the COVID-19 clinics
