How do I log in?
When prompted, you need to log in with your department credentials. These will be the log in details that you use to log into the computers at school. This will be firstname.surname (it may be followed by a number). If you are unsure of your login details and/or password please contact your class teacher.
How do I find the details for my upcoming Zoom meeting?
Your classroom teacher will post the details of the zoom meeting as an event or message ClassDojo, Edmodo or Google Classroom. This post will include a link to the meeting as well as a Meeting ID and password.
How do I join the Zoom meeting?
1. Sign into your zoom account using your school login details.
2. Click on the link on your class platform (Class Dojo, Google Classroom, Edmodo)
3. Wait for your teacher to give you access to the meeting.
I am being asked for the SSO details?
SSO stands for Single Sign on. When setting up your Zoom account you may be asked for the SSO details. You will need to enter nsweducation.zoom.us if you are using an iPad or tablet.
Still having trouble? Make sure you are signed into the correct Zoom account
If you are having problems signing into a scheduled zoom meeting please make sure you are signed into the Zoom App using a Department of Education school email account. If you are using a shared device you may find that you have been automatically signed into another account.
